• Identify and View Properties:  They will search the local MLS to identify the available properties that best suit your needs, schedule appointments to view the properties, and accompany you on the showings.  They will be present at all showings to provide you with their expert opinion regarding the property, its condition and how it compares to similar properties.

Step 2:  Writing the Offer and Negotiation

Once you find your ideal home, your ChiTown Agent will handle:

• Offer Preparation:  They will prepare a written offer on the property you choose to purchase and include the terms approved by you.
• Offer Presentation:  They will present your purchase offer directly to the seller’s agent.
• Negotiation to Contract:  They will help you to formulate a strategy by which we can acquire your home for the best price and terms possible.  They will handle the entire negotiation from the initial offer until the contract is signed.

Step 3:  Facilitating the Purchase

Once a successful contract has been negotiated, you can depend on your Chitown Agent to:

• Prepare for the Closing:  They will track the progress of the sale and keep you informed as to your needs and responsibilites every step of the way.
• Final Walk-through:  They will attend the final walk-through with you prior to closing and work with you to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Closing the Transaction:  They will work with all involved parties to ensure a smooth closing and will work with them to resolve any issues that might arise.
